Ms. Yuen Chun is a Managing Director of Integrated Management Solutions which she originally joined in 1991 and returned to in 2004. The firm services the needs of the financial services community specifically security broker-dealers. Ms. Chun serves as the Financial and Operations Principal of a number of securities broker-dealers. She has also been associated with Integrated Investment Solutions LLC since its inception in 2005.

From February 1998 to April 2004, Ms. Chun served as the Chief Financial Officer of Steadfast Capital LP, a hedge fund with both domestic and offshore funds and assets under management of $300 million. From 1987 to 1991, she was an audit senior with Coopers and Lybrand (which ultimately became part of PricewaterhouseCoopers), specializing in the financial services industry. Ms. Chun graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science (Accounting) degree in 1987. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 1990 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
