Mr. Rafael Beck joined Integrated Investment Solutions LLC (“IIS”) as a Managing Director in 2006. Prior to joining IIS, Mr. Beck was at Ernst & Young, LLP from 2004 to 2006, as a supervising senior accountant with concentration on audits of asset management clients. While at Ernst & Young, Mr. Beck co-developed and instructed introductory and intermediate hedge fund seminars. Mr. Beck also co-developed and maintained the internal cross border audit documentation database that supported the hedge fund practice. From 2002 to 2003, he was a senior hedge fund accountant at International Fund Services (N.A.) L.L.C., an industry leading organization providing accounting, administration and compliance services to asset management clients. From 2000 to 2002, he was an audit senior, and held various other positions at Rothstein, Kass & Company P.C., CPA’s, specializing in audit and tax compliance engagements of hedge fund and broker-dealer clients. Mr. Beck graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 2002 and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and serves as a member of the Investment Management Committee of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
